01/13/2002 Archived Entry "Daze Update on Stuff"

Last Wednesday I went to the local Linux User Group meeting. A guy talked about the Og Vorbis format of encoding music files. Very interesting. The compression at 64 kb/s is of much higher quality than mp3 at the same rate.

Last Thursday, Dan, Dave and I went to see the movie "A Beautiful Mind". I liked it. We went to Fricker's afterwards.

This weekend we are all just taking it easy around the house.
