A Flood Warning continues for 
  Tittabawassee river from Midland downstream into Saginaw. 
* From now until further notice. 
* At 10 PM Friday the stage is 27.7 feet and rising.
* Flood stage is 24.0 feet.
* Moderate flooding is occurring and major flooding is forecast.
* Forecast is to crest around 31.0 feet Saturday early afternoon.

The Flood Warning continues for
  the Chippewa river below Mt pleasant.
* Until Tuesday afternoon.
* At  8:15 PM Friday the stage was 14.5 feet.
* Flood stage is 8.0 feet.
* Major flooding is occurring and major flooding is forecast.
* Forecast, the river will continue rising and crest near 14.8 feet
  by 2 am Saturday morning. This will be just shy of the record stage
  of 15.58 feet set in September 1986. The river will fall below
  flood stage Tuesday morning.
* Impact, at 15.0 feet... expect major widespread flooding of 
  residences located in northern and western Mt. Pleasant and Parks 
  and Golf courses adjacent to the river are unde
